Wendi, even though your address is @twc.com the email server is at:

pop-server.roadrunner.com

The outgoing mail server is:

smtp-server.roadrunner.com

Do not turn on authentication on this. They authenticate because you are on one
of their lines. Which means, of course, that you cannot use that for outgoing
on a mobile device when you are not home. You CAN use their web mail--just not
the Apple Mail app.

Their mail is administered through RoadRunner, which a tech explained to me is
a subsidiary of TW.

I would think they could make it easier.
