Doesn't seem to work. At least not on my iPad running iOS 7.0.3.

Also when I go to the Trash Can in on iPad which has whatever I put there one
at a time and select Edit, the Delete All does nothing. I still have to go one
at a time and mark for deletion then click on Delete. Finally gone gone.
