You answered your own question. Those are single characters. They are a part of 
the Unicode spec, but fractions with two digits in either part of the fraction 
are not included. Where would you have it stop? What typographers do is to use 
superscript[1] and subscript and maybe adjust the size a bit to suit, and then 
take out the space between the numbers and the diagonal. 

Best you can do when you get past the single-character ones. Sorry.

[1] Actually typographers use "superior" characters (slightly different), but 
good luck finding those in your everyday word processor. The more advanced page 
layout programs have them, but that's about it.
