So this doesn't work?Please, follow the instructions below to resolve your 
problem:
- Open 
- In the top menu bar, click Mail >Preferences
- Go to the Viewing category
- Verify that the "Display remote images in HTML Messages" or "Display images 
and embedded objects in HTML messages" isSELECTED.
- Save that and close the window.
