THE BAD NEWS: 
The National Do Not Call Registry is worse than a joke. Think about it: phone 
spammers are evil, despicable people. Why would they have any motivation to 
check their number list with any do-not-call registry? That would mean they 
would have less people to call. Why would they do that? The attorneys general 
around the country have neither the smarts nor the power to whack these moles, 
regardless of what you may have read in the news.

THE GOOD NEWS:
