I have tried over & over. The audio is the problem. Apple will not allow
recording the video's audio unless you use the monitor sound. This allows
other room noise to be captured, conversations, phone ringing, etc. Apple
killed the Mac internal recording two OS versions ago, & this put SnapZ Pro out
of business. Supposedly copyright reasons. Maybe I don't know the proper
settings but this has been my experience. If this was available it would
solve the problem.

Thanks Jonathan.
