Screenflow is great, but probably expensive overkill for you, John.

Less expensive, but still not cheap is Wiretap Studio, which claims to record 
from "any program on your computer.” Audio only, though, but how long can you 
stand to watch Warren Buffet drone on anyway?  ::-)

You could also check out APowerSoft, which claims to do what you want. It is 
relatively inexpensive, and while I have never heard of it, the reviews on it 
are pretty good.
