Not calling you wrong Chris, but what do you know that we need to know?

A. There is a lot of support for approval and it really could be “any day now.”

B. They HAVE to have better customer service than Comcast, who have the
statistics to back their sucky-ness:

The "money quote:”

"Comcast gets more complaints about its internet service than AT&T, Verizon and
Time Warner Cable combined. And it isn’t just a matter of Comcast’s size—the
three smaller competitors together have about 15 million more subscribers than
Comcast though they still receive far fewer complaints.”

So, I say again, Chris: what do you know that we need to know?

Jonathan
