So far, I’ve tried and repeated various settings, with no success.  Last night 
I set the two times of “Do Not Disturb” for an ON setting to an identical 
12:00AM to see if it will yield the desired always ON.  Now waiting for 
midnight.  Otherwise, sent an eMail to (ask@howtogeek).  Also still waiting.
