John Agreed, but the air2 and air are faster. I have contacted apple support twice online thru chat and email and both ways get message they will get back to me. Not like my previous experiences with apple at all. The site did show the extended warranty is in effect. Last year they diagnosed an iPhone on line. I should get special service as I have convinced many people on island to buy iMacs, tablets and phones. We have two 6s, one 6 plus, three iPads, one macbookair, and two Mac minis in our 900 sq ft cottage. I'll try again tonight and if it doesn't work this time will have spouse call. I can't hear on phone. Wish they would open a store on Maui. I hate going to Oahu! Tom
