Your fusion drive is obviously not showing up to the system. I would take it apart and make sure the drive is connected.
Failing that, I would see if the drive shows up to another system. (Put it in an external enclosure or use a bare drive cable made for that purpose.) If it does, format it there and then see if it doesn’t show up on the MBP.
