Susan, I have been using the new Quicken since they finally outlived the 
agreement made with Gates about 10 years ago.  The 2014 version worked 
beautifully, the upgrade to the latest version the same.....no problems, never 
call support BUT I don't use it to download from a bank as you do, there may be 
a huge problem with that feature, sorry I can't help, I only wanted to express 
my fondness for the product and am so thankful they can now bring the Mac back 
into their upgrade cycle....
