Go to www.twc.com/speedtest  Do not rely on a speed server that several hundred 
miles away from you to give you an accurate result.

Also doing it over wifi will not give you a true result, also since it's your 
wireless router that manages the internet speed in your home, you may need to 
do a factory reset to fix your speed problem. Your ISP gives you the 
connection, it's up to your equipment to manage it.
