I have several apps installed on my AW, like a lot of users I use mine to track
steps, heart rate, messages, etc. One of the apps I have installed is called
HeartWatch https://appsto.re/us/hwdw_.i
That app with all of its data was able to help me diagnose a problem I wasn't
able to nail down until I had all of that data in hand.
I have the original watch so it's not as fast as the latest versions but I wear
it everyday, it's been a part of my routine since.
 from my iPhone
