How about starting a list of all the merchants in this area that do take ApplePay, and maybe a comment about problems?
For example, Panera Bread is supposed to take ApplePay, but I've yet to have any success at their Rudy Lane location, and I've tried at least three times. Last time I tried, in January, the cash register jockey said "We don't like Apple here." It does work at other locations. L^2
