My wife’s iPhone 5 seems to have gone kaput. She powered down last night before going to bed. When she awoke this morning she turned the phone on and noticed she had about a 73% charge. When she opened email a white screen appeared. She asked Siri to open several applications with no success. Shortly after the screen went black. She cannot power down. When I use my phone to call her phone, it doesn’t ring. Siri will respond but can’t do anything and she doesn’t know what’s wrong with the phone.
She hasn’t dropped the phone. Anybody ever experience a similar situation?
