Lee,
I just downloaded and installed PIA. I selected a country. Do I have to do
anything else? How do I know I’m connected via vpn/pia?
Also, when I logged into my account online it gives me the option of changing
my password and the option to generate a
PPTP/L2TP/SOCKS Username and Password
Should I do that or is the username and password they gave me that type of
username and password?
A third question. Do I need to change anything in the settings.
Local Port is blank
Request port forwarding is unchecked
PIA Mace (Blocks ads, trackers, and malware while connected to VPN) is
unchecked - but I selected it - is that okay?
Use Small packets is unchecked
Again thanks for your help with this.
