Followup…

Doesn’t seem to be a speed adjustment with QT to read slowly, so it’s necessary 
to step through the movie file with the keyboard arrows, then manually enter 
the names into a text file.  At least it works.  I was hoping for a resulting 
file I could copy, but alas, not so lucky.
