What I’m using is a freebee version, not a business version.

Perhaps a different approach?…

Is there something that will show the various contained components of an app, 
hidden or otherwise?  The ‘signature’ file in question is what is apparently 
the part usually updated when Malwarebytes Anti-Malware automatically checks 
for updates, and so updates the app on the local system.
