Tom,

Anything to your demarcation they should test for you….once they have shown 
they are getting you the speed you are paying AND the speed coming out of their 
modem/router that is the 200 then it’s possibly your router if you don’t have 
the combined modem/router from the ISP…

The Ethernet cable from their box to your Mac should have about the same speed 
they are pushing through the pipe.

I’ve had the various firms in our area come test their cable speed….most times 
it’s an electrical problem with their switch on the pole or the modem itself.  
I’ve had a couple modems replaced.
