They came out and tested with iMac plugged directly into modem and got 15. Said would be faster if he disabled virus protection. Evidently Spectrum here really sucks. Also told him that buying 200 didnt guarantee that speed. Everything in this neighborhood is underground. My first thought was cable to his house but talked to neighbor and they have same problem. Hopefully someone knows of device to check cable before router. Tom
