Richard, We have the Tier 1 package, the lowest available as most of our TV is done through AppleTV…
We have 2 DVR’s, no phone as ADT alarm systems don’t play well with Cable phone systems.. I have 300 meg down and something like 25 up for internet…. The Rep kept saying I had 100 meg down, their fastest speed but I tested mine just last week and as long as I’m on ethernet it’s over 300 meg… As I had mentioned earlier, someone ran fiber down our street a couple months ago, if I can get the 1 gig through that firm and most TV is through the Apple TV then I may be able to cut Spectrum, i’ll still need AT&T for the alarm system, time will tell but things are changing. The Rep told me that Spectrum wants to move to “Cafeteria” allocation of programs BUT the networks are bucking this and really up the price to Spectrum if purchased on an individual basis, I assume that’s because some shows are so poorly watched they wouldn’t survive it folks got to vote with their pocketbooks.
