You need to forget the host. On the iPhone, go to Settings > Wifi, tap on the info (i with a circle around it), and select Forget this Network.
On the Mac, go to The Network preference pane, click on the advanced button, find the network , and then forget it. Either way, the next time you try to join, you’ll get asked for your info.
