Restarting doesn't always do it if there is a class file that was
created that is stuck. I'd try clearing the template cache.
Do you have a stack trace or line number? I'm not seeing any thing on
my end.
This exact issue (our example is the AppManager) is outlined in the
upgrade guide -- clearing the template cache and restarting your server
always resolves the problem.
