The framework code itself won't have that file, since that file is specific to each application. You'll want to grab the application skeleton: http://www.mach-ii.com/code/MachII_Skeleton_1-6-0.zip Don't worry about the version number of the skeleton being different than the version number of Mach-II; the 1.6 skeleton will work fine as a starting point for your apps that you'll run on Mach-II 1.8. The skeleton is also in the process of being updated as we speak. Let us know if you have any more questions, and again, welcome!
