Peter, Removing the line of code you asked me to does in fact make the Dashboard work, but it causes the following error with the HTML Helper Property: Unable to add text to HTML <head> tag because the page has been flushed.
I'm finishing my test case application and will submit to OpenBD soon. Let me know if you need me to check anything else.
