Certainly file a ticket. Can you build a simple test app for this? It's
not a M2 bug, something broke in OpenBD 2.0 then because a nightly from
August works just fine for me.
A test app will help Alan or Andy nail down the issue.

downloaded this morning and Mach-II 1.8.1.8
I *thought* I was using 1.9 so was surprised when commenting out the
Dashboard module didn't change the error.
When I realized I was still on 1.8, I upgraded to 1.9 and now indeed
commenting out Dashboard makes the error go away.
BTW I am also using MachII.framework.viewLoaders.PatternViewLoader and
MachII.properties.HtmlHelperProperty. I reverted to 1.8 for a moment
to comment all those as well in case maybe they did some flushing, but
no dice. So just sticking with 1.9 and no Dashboard for now.
