Looks like mechanical backlash. Note the infill lines not touching and circles out of round. Does the crick in the straight line happen when one of the carriages changes direction? That would be a dead give-away. Loose joints (including joint mount bolts) can also cause this sort of thing, but I'm betting on lost motion in one of the columns.
