Thanks for the fixes and the review John! If you don't want to go through Michael's suggested git gymnastics (or they don't work as expected), let me know and I'll pull in the commits. It's easy enough to add the Machinekit repo as a remote to your local repo, but I'm not sure you can easily create a Machinekit PR (github will default to creating PRs against the linuxcnc repo).
