Thank you jeff I did manage to use the signals from a cramp config to run a stepper motor. Much better signal than the one generated by python code. I use p812 and p813 the x axis, set the scale to 400, (my motor is 0.9 degree). Ad run mdf command g01 x2000 f200 this way the feedrate speed is my rpm.
