The only thing I can suggest, other than 'Edit it' obviously, is
put the file into a proper editor which will show you any windose
line ending crap and unprintable charactors etc.
I don't know how the file was produced, but some CAM output is
horrible
Alternately this article shows how to show non-printable and other
chars using cat
Or it would have done if I had included the link :)

If you redirect to a file you will be able to scan through it more
easily (cat -v -A -E -T file.ngc > raw.txt or similar)

What I thought was the fix had already been

testing to isolate the cause. Is there a short G code
program that can reliably reproduce the issue?
@Robert
I was wondering if you had found a time to check for a
fix on the zero length segment - this issue remains in
the latest machinekit version.

Does anyone have any idea what this
error code is? It occasionally happens, yet I
can't isolate what is actually causing it, nor
what the -7 error code actually means.
I'd appreciate any advice on how to fix this
error - it's popping up randomly and stopping my
prints.
For reference, I'm on a BeBoPr++ lineardelta
configuration.
