You're only getting to tftp because both mmc and usb booting has failed. There are lots of potential places things could be going wrong, but most likely are the partitioning on your uSD, jumper settings on the DE10, and your U-Boot environment settings.
Also, double-check the uSD you're using to make sure it's at least as big as the configured partitions.
