What does the error message "Security Failure. Data decryption error." mean?
I'm getting this when submitting a secure order form to buy something at a
specific website. The owner checked and doesn't think the problem is on
their end. Netscape 4.7.2 doesn't report any problems. I can't place this
order from Internet Explorer because of the error.
As background, I'm using a B&W G3 and in the process of upgrading from OS
8.5.1 to 9.1. I've done a clean system install and let OE 5.0.2 and IE 5.0
(2022) do a MS First Run in OS 9.1. Is the security failure do to this
upgrade process?
Another question related to the new system. Can I transfer my cookies from
the old system to the new? I'm tired of having to log in to my favorite
sites and have them not remember me. I can't find a particular file or
import method to transfer this information to the new set up.
Any hints greatly appreciated (I can't find the answer in the MS Knowledge
Base),
