Hi all. thanks for your replies. Sounds as though we could have a real
gathering this summer if everyone can make it. We may need to book Simcoe
too.
As of tonight (friday) we have reserved 6 rooms at Brant Hill Inn in Dover.
If all are willing to share those 6 rooms will accomodate about 22 people.
however, as is the case with all the conference rooms, we are not allowed to
bring our own liquor soo we will look tomorrow for a hall of some kind in
Dover/Simcoe area for the saturday night gathering.
The Brant Hill Inn rooms booked are as follows:
3 rooms with 2 double beds = 12people
1 room with 1 queen & a pullout =3 plp
1 room with 1 queen bed = 2p
1 room with 2 double beds & 1 pullout (single) =5 p
so that is 22 people.
saturday we will find out about b&b's in Dover. There was a nice old, big
one right on main street in Dover. Looked nice. Will see what they charge.
