some of routers have to be configured, sometimes by a mac on the
appletalk side (i've got 2 like that, wish they'd configure via
ethernet), they expect you to have some appletalk macs.  you usually
need thier program to do it.  others let you do some things through a
serial port.  i'd search the web for dayna info., also including the
model name in the search.  most of these things have been mirrored by
someone.  i'm surprised no one else on the list who might have one has
commented.  you might ask on some of dan's other list if you don't get a
more informed response from someone else.  also, since your using the
bridge you want to use the appletalk version of the driver if there's a
choice, but that's probably what you did.
