Hi Diana, I do not know what the error means. However I can think of several ways you may be able to get the info you need. 1) call Apple at 800.275.2273, you have a new IMac and can get support for 90 days 2) Acquire Tech Tool Pro 3, this is an excellent disk maintenance program and should be able to diagnose and repair most problems. I f you purchase the Apple extended care program Tech Tool 3 is included. I hope this helps.
