I, too, see this message. It is due to the fact that the modem connected 
to our router takes some time to make the connection, longer than IE 
wants to wait to get a response from the web server. I see it in all of 
our browsers, both Mac and PC. It would be nice to be able to extend the 
timeout. I have novice users who don't understand what is going on and 
what to do when they get the message. It is easy to just hit "go" again, 
or whatever the browser interface uses, but it's not intuitive as to what 
is going on.
