See the last line in the product description. "Ethernet to Localtalk Bridge."
I'm using a Dayna bridge and it works just fine. not wireless though. Wired network. Beige G3DT, PTP, 6500/250, through a D-link DI-704 to dialup modem and the aforementioned bridge thence to a QMS PS1700 printer. The bridge will not work without either an AUI/RJ45 tranceiver or a hub in the circuit. x-over cable won't do it either. Dunno why, just know that it don't work. Add either the tranceiver or a hub (and straight through cables) and it just pops up in either the Chooser or Print Center. If your router won't pass AT packets, you need to get a different router. ;o) Or maybe a different solution: <http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/appletalk/doc/IPTalk.userDoc.html>
Different/correct router would be the easier solution I expect...
You might Google "appletalk over ethernet" and see what comes up.

Jim, You must have missed the original post - there's no bridge. The problem is the wireless router, my iBook, and the LaserWriter 4/600 via Asant Talk serial to Ethernet. The printer's on the network, but it is really an AppleTalk connection - not supported by my wireless router.
