Hmmmm! Interesting! Generally, your (and mine!) ISP will allow only one 
IP address for the modem. In order to get a machine on line you should 
need an IP address for each. The function of the router is to "clone" the 
address obtained by the modem into addresses for machines connected to 
it. I am very curious as to how you managed to get several machines on 
line using only one IP address.
