Plug the DSL modem into the WAN port of your DSL router. Plug the Airport base station into one of the router's out ports. Plug the switch into one of the router's out ports if you need it to connect the rest of your hardwire devices. I you have enough ports on your DSL router to handle all your devices (including the Airport base station) leave the switch out of the equation. I don't have an Airport base station so I'm not entirely sure about this, but I believe that if you start up Airport on your PowerBook, there will be an automatic base station configuration routine that you can run.
You may need to change your Network settings to satisfy the router's requirements. HTH.
