The site is a terrible mess. Of course made by M$ FrontPage. Apart from that, the Java-code is also a mess, but kinda works if you were to use OS X 10.3.5 at least.
I guess your best hope is to use Netscape, as it uses its own Java engine, AFAIK. That may or may not help :-) Good luck!
