With speakers and a USB hub built-in, this model offers lots a real estate for under

CTX International hasannounced the introduction of the new H2300, a 4:3 aspect-ratio
23-inch display aimed at high-end professional users. As the largest LCD panel in the
company''s FlatView Series, the H2300 (23.1-inch diagonal viewable area) is
well-suited for imaging, design, medical and education professionals.
The Mac-compatible H2300 (DVI and analog connectors) provides 1600 x 1200 true
resolution, low power consumption, high-contrast, OSD and emits almost no EM
radiation. These features combined with superior image quality ensure that critical
data and images are optimally displayed.
"With the dramatic drop in the price of LCDs, the demand for high performance display
products has increased significantly in every market," said Larry Wei, president and
CEO of CTX International. He continued, "The addition of the H2300 delivers on our
commitment to provide powerful display solutions to end users who require superior
performance and reliability at an affordable price."
Positioned to be the best value 23-inch monitor in the category, the H2300 is
available through authorized resellers and is available for an estimated street price
of $2,795.
Analysis: An Apple Cinema Display it is not, but is about as huge (different aspect
ratio, 16:9) and costs significantly less. The built-in speakers, USB hub and DVI
connector make it a good value overall.
