Apple to participate in MWSF
By ron carlson, Insanely Great Mac
November 7th 2002
Was anybody out in reality actually concerned they wouldn't?
IDG World Expo and Apple have (re-)announced the mothership's participation in
Macworld Conference & Expo/San Francisco 2003, which will be held at San Francisco's
Moscone Center January 6-10.
Steve Jobs will deliver the keynote address on Tues, January 7, 2003 at 9:00am (PST)
and Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president, worldwide product marketing, will
give a presentation on "The Power of X" on Wed, January 8, 2002 at 9:30am PST.
"We'll be there, and we're fully committed to making Macworld San Francisco a great
experience for everyone," said his Steveness.
"We're thrilled with Apple's enthusiastic support of Macworld San Francisco 2003 and
look forward to another record-breaking crowd," said Charlie Greco, president, CEO,
IDG World Expo.
Apple and IDG are still in discussions regarding Apple's participation in Macworld New
York in 2003.
Editor's note: This whole nasty and pathetic mess was so avoidable. Communicate! We
need to communicate people!
