Honda concept car runs X

The vehicle is apparently designed around the needs, lifestyle of a club DJ
O'Grady's PowerPage is carrying a report by reader who's just returned from an auto
show where he Honda's Studio E concept, which as chance would have it was running
Apple's OS X.
Although most concept cars never reach market, it's encouraging that the carmaker, or
at least it's IT systems contractor for this model, is putting the cutting-edge power
of Mac OS X to "good use."
"The Honda Studio E concept vehicle, a panel-side version of the all-new Honda
Element, transforms the outdoors-minded Element into the ultimate mobile entertainment
platform geared more for city nightlife and street performance," states a company PR
for the vehicle.
"Studio E is built around the needs and lifestyle of a club DJ and transforms the
Element's cavernous interior into a rolling audio and video studio complete with an
onboard personal audio computer for mixing tracks and a 42-inch high-definition
plasma screen display. The upright and modular exterior styling remain true to the
Element, while the panel sides conceal equipment and provide security for speakers
and amplifiers inside."
Given X' superb, though not quite fully developed, built-in audio functionality, it
actually come as no surprise that the designers of the vehicle choice the
Apple-created operating system.
