That's a clever idea! Unfortunately on my system, it returns nothing. I did notice something else: $ defaults read 2010-04-13 06:13:11.250 defaults[2117:39] Preference plist was NOT a dictionary. . . . Is there a preferences plist or something that defaults reads first? _______________________________________________ MacOSX-admin mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-admin
