I've scoured a lot of documentation and have not yet found what I'm

I have set up a couple of WebDAV servers that are functioning just
fine.
I'd like to be able to have the name of the mounted Volume
customized so that It doesn't just display the URL.
So say I have a virtual host at http://documents.example.com.
Currently when the server is mounted the Volume appears with the
name "documents.example.com".
I'd like for it to just read "Documents".
Anyone have any clues how to accomplish that?
Create and connect the mountpoint manually.
mkdir /Volumes/ArbitraryName
mount_webdav https://webdav.server.example.com/path/to/sharepoint /
Volumes/ArbitraryName
Using the -v switch on with mount_webdav should work, but I've never
gotten it to do so reliably. Older versions of OS X may benefit from
an open command to remind the Finder that the share is available.
