Hmmm... nope... I don't see such a file on my system.
(In fact, that is what I have been looking for.)

The only thing which I have found is under my own userid:

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Console.plist   and
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Console.LSSharedFileList.plist

Neither of which appears to contain a path type entry.
And I don't find any sort of Console.plist under /Library
