You can script if it nothing else.

Just check for the status of the Ethernet (en0) and if it is active, turn off 
the wifi (en1).

Throw a LaunchAgent together to call it every 20 seconds or so…

Something like this (untested)

if ifconfig en0 | grep "status: active";
  then /usr/sbin/netwroksetup -setairportpower off
fi
