Have you checked Apple's AD Integration Guide? I vaguely remember there was a 
way to specify which AD group a user had to be in . . .if that's correct then 
change the Mac login authorization from Authenticated Users to Mac_Users or 
something like that and populate the AD Mac_Users group with everybody you want 
to be able to login.
