I thought that that would be the case. Which service pack, and have the various Mac settings been turned on? (Bet that it's SP3 and that Services for Macintosh is on. Note that there are certain specific, known, problems with SfM. A visit to technet.microsoft.com or support.microsoft.com will reveal quite a bit.) In any case, Server 2003 is now EOL. You can still get (limited) support, until 14 July 2015.
